Media Personnel

The I-500 Media Contact is Ric Federau; he can be contacted at (989) 808-5266 prior to the race to schedule interviews during race week.

During Race Week

Media personnel visiting the I-500 event for coverage and interviews must register at the I-500 venue office immediately upon arrival.  The I-500 Office is located next to the vendors arena overlooking Turn 1.  Once registered and required paperwork is signed, a "media vest" will be issued for recognition purposes; the vest must be returned to the office prior to leaving the I-500 venue.  Upon completion of media registration, media personnel will be directed to Ric Federau for coverage information, interviews and escorted access to various areas of the venue.

Again, you may secure scheduled interviews by contacting Ric Federau prior to race week. During race week, you will be required to register and then meet with Ric prior to initiating any coverage or conducting any interviews.

Your cooperation regarding media coverage is appreciated.
