The I-500 endurance race is a 500 mile racing event offering all the
thrills of any professional racing event in the world, bar none!
Race Rules - 2013
Hosted on the only one-mile oval snowmobile track in North America where drivers reach speeds around the 100 mph mark as they attempt to complete the full 500 miles and take home the coveted title as "Winner". Teams participating come from throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Professional race teams, manufacturers. and drivers arrive a week prior to the main event
- Time trails commence early in the week and will be held throughout mid-week as well
- Mid-week racing events are scheduled involving veterans and rookies alike. A PRO-AM race is scheduled mid-week sponsored by WOODY's and titled "The WOODY'S Challenge". Sure to provide plenty of excitement as seasoned professional drivers are teamed UP with amateurs for a race sure to be exciting.
The GREEN FLAG starting the race is dropped promptly at 10:00 am.
